Erin’s Winter WDC of Braised Pork Belly and Corn Salad

Erin served up a great warm winter WDC for Lisa’s birthday.  She prepared a delicious braised pork belly, corn salad,  green salad, and bread and cheese.  And with it being a birthday WDC I accompanied it with a chocolate peanut butter cake.
