Heidi’s Summer WDC

A late post, but better than never. I sifted through my favorite cookbook to find a recipe I hadn’t made yet, but looked good: Cranberry Chicken and Quinoa Salad. Served with Fingerling Potatoes where I ommitted the rosemary, but added blue cheese. And finished with lemon loaf bread.
