Fish with Slaw

Fish tacos is a Pacific Northwest favorite. Although this recipe is from a New Mexico restaurant. I’ve made fish tacos with both breaded and grilled fish. Here’s the grilled recipe.
Grilled Fish Tacos
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 min
Wait Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Total Time: 45 min
Yield: 4 servings
Taste: Good

Ingredients:
– 1 lb fresh fish (salmon, tilapia, cod, or any flaky white fish)
– 2 limes
– 1/4 cup canola oil
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 large jalapeno
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
– 10 corn fajita tortillas
– salt and pepper to taste
– salsa
