WDC – Valentine’s Style

I like cooking (obviously) so when Valentine’s Day rolls around the last thing I want to do is to go out to dinner on a day that everyone else does, wait for reservations, get bad service, and be surrounded by tons of people I don’t know.  Doesn’t sound like fun to me. I don’t really believe in celebrating this day anyways, but it is a good excuse to cook up a nice fancy meal so I’ll take it.

On the menu for the evening was:

Alaskan King Crab Legs

Brussel Sprouts – with pancetta

Mash Potatoes

and Rich Chocolate Mousse for dessert with some vino of course:)

Mousse with Toppings
