Angel Hair Tuna

This is an easy cupboard recipe, meaning I usually can make this with items I have on hand. You can change up the recipe by using either a butter, olive oil, or a vodka sauce. An easy meal can be completed with some garlic bread and a green salad.

Angel Hair Tuna Pasta

Difficulty: EASY!
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Total Time: 20 min
Yield: 3-4 servings
Taste: Good

8 oz angel hair pasta
1 can (12 oz) flaked drained tuna
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cup crushed crackers (I like to use Ritz)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter or olive oil for sauce
1/2 cup vodka sauce (store bought)

1) Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain well after cooked and place in a large bowl.
2) Add tuna and Italian seasonings to the pasta.
3) Add sauce to the pasta (either butter, olive oil, or vodka sauce) mix well and top with crushed crackers and Parmesan cheese.
