Salmon Rub

I got this recipe from a friend of a friend a long time ago and don’t even remember their name. But, it’s a flavorful dry rub for a good salmon.

Slamon Rub
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 10-15 min
Total Time: 20 min
Yield: enough seasoning for 2 lbs of fish
Taste: good

1 tsp Black Peppercorns
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 tsp Cumin
1 Tbs Chili Powder
2 tsp Salt

1) Preheat grill to medium.
2) Place all ingredients into a mortar and use pestle to crush seeds.
3) Rub seasoning onto non-skin side of the salmon.
4) Place salmon skin side down on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes until fish is flaky.
