Cheddar Biscuits

I’m surprised I haven’t added this recipe yet. I’ve made these biscuits for a long time now. They are inspired by Red Lobster’s cheddar biscuits so that tells you how long I’ve been making this as I wouldn’t be going to a Red Lobster given where I live now… But, this is a very easy, tasty, side to a dinner. The recipe below is halved to accomodate two people with maybe one or two left over, you can easily double to make a dozen.

Difficulty: Super Easy
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 8-10 min
Total Time: 20 min
Yield: 6 medium size biscuits
Taste: good

1 cups bisquick mix
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley

1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2) Stir bisquick mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by onto ungreased cookie sheet to make 6 biscuits.
3) Sprinkle tops of biscuits with garlic and parsley
4) Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
