January 29, 2013

The kick off to a 2013 WDC was a birthday dinner for the Cindark Balusters.  The menu consisted of:

Stuffed Peppers

French Purple Potato Salad

Green Beans sauted in olive oil and seasoned with sea salt and red pepper flakes.

And for dessert – Ice Cream Birthday Cake.

Buster Bar Serving

Probably a more appropriate choice of side for the dinner would have been Fingerling Potatoes, but I’ve had a craving for the French Purple Potato Salad for awhile so that won instead.
