Kalamata Olive Tapanade

Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 cup pitted kalamata olives
3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Procedure:
1) Place garlic cloves into a blender or food processor and pulse to mince.
2) Add olives, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until everything is finely chopped. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Notes:
I serve with Pita bread.
